Due to wood variations, the original item I received was a different shade than I expected, but still fully functional. I notified the seller and he was happy to send a replacement, and insisted I keep the original which is outstanding customer service. The second stand I received was the exact color we were hoping for and works just as we hoped. I would highly recommend purchasing this watch stand or any other item from this shop.
